During this consult, we assess your property (online or in-person) and provide a recommendations list that you can execute on.
Procurement, Styling & Implementation:
$150/hour for one stylist, $200/hour for two stylists.
Includes:
- Purchasing furniture & styling items on your behalf
- On-site styling & set-up
*Bonus - you get access to our designer trade & wholesale discounts, where applicable!
Marketing Material Creation:
$125
Includes:
- Enticing and creative description copy writing for your airbnb
- Welcome guides for inside of the unit for your guests
Photography Available:
While we don't handle this in-house at this time, we have a network of amazing interior living photographers we can connect you with.
Room Planning & Curation
Interior Design & Curation Services.
Consultation:
$250
During this consult, we assess your property (online or in-person) and provide a recommendations list that you can execute on right away.
Space Planning, Budgeting & Item Selection:
$600/room. *For multiple rooms, bundling may be available.
Included in the per room fee is furniture and decor selection and space layout. We establish a budget with you and provide options that fit within the budget.
Procurement & Install:
$150/hour for one stylist; $200/hour for two stylists.
Manage the ordering, shopping and setting up the room(s).
