Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer free local pick-up from warehouse in Etobicoke.
Please note, this option is currently only available to local GTA residents.
Pick up hours are from Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. Storage fees may apply if your product is warehoused for an extended amount of time. If you are unable to pick-up your order within a week of being notified please let us know.

We ship across Canada.
What are your shipping times?
As some of the products will be shipped directly by the suppliers, shipping times will vary; you will receive an order notification with a delivery timeline. Generally, in-stock items will take between 2-8 weeks depending on the supplier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the item ordered, as well as the shipping location and number of items.
Can I return my order?
Cancellation and Return information is available in the description of each product, as policies differ depending on the supplier.
Order Cancellations
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge, between 24 - 48 hours a 15% restocking fee will be charged. After 48 hours online orders can not be canceled and are subject to the standard return and final sale policy.
