Hey there! I’m Amy, the CEO and Creative Director at Fliphaus.
I’m all about bringing creative visions to life, whether it’s staging a home or helping homeowners create a space they love.
My first “real job” was being a real estate agent. I practiced for five years, in New York, Washington and BC. While I put that path on hold in my early 20s, I never lost my curiosity and appreciation for incredible interiors. After selling my first two companies, I find myself now back in real estate, but this time in a space that integrates business and creativity.
One of my favourite aspects of this work is the people. We’ve been so fortunate to have an amazing client circle and struck gold with our team. When I’m not brainstorming new ideas, you can find me managing the day-to-day hustle of the business and discovering what’s next in design trends.

Born and raised in Toronto, Katie is a fine arts graduate with a classical drawing and painting background. She shifted into the design industry to leverage her fine arts expertise, which has led to a career in residential interior design—a passion of hers. Katie takes great pleasure in working with different aesthetics to curate beautiful and unique spaces. Styling is Katie's creative outlet, enabling her to showcase spaces in their best light while working on a diverse range of projects within Toronto’s vibrant real estate industry. Each project is a canvas, and Katie enjoys the transformative process of creating environments that inspire and uplift.

My name is Michelle Ardila, I was born in Toronto however I spent my better teenage years in South America, Colombia which is where my passion for decor and design came to fruition! It's fascinating to see how your surroundings affect your lifestyle, especially aesthetically. As a result, I've developed a love for textiles, art, natural materials and overall magically transforming a space with all these elements. I've worked in the Design industry for about 10 years now, from assisting home Renos to home staging, to design jobs and ultimately would love to design a boutique hotel.

BIO:Hi, I’m Shiv! I’m an Interior Design student and passionate Stylist with a love for creating beautiful, harmonious spaces. Originally from London, England, I later moved to Toronto to fully embrace my passion for design. My love for travel has deeply influenced my style, and I find endless inspiration in the unique character and history of the places I’ve visited. I enjoy creating homes with personality and a sense of story, using natural materials and organic styles that connect to nature. As an active member of Toronto’s design community, I volunteer with DesignTO and love attending local art fairs. BIO: My name is Regina, and I am an Interior Stylist dedicated to transforming ordinary spaces into inviting, cozy retreats that reflect personal stories.
I love blending timeless charm with modern functionality through curated antiques, natural materials, and humble furniture. Bringing elements of nature into indoor spaces is a key part of my design philosophy.
Living in a quaint, modernized English country cottage or a Southern European country house with a garden would be my dream come true.
When I'm not styling, I enjoy thrifting at antique stores and exploring Facebook Marketplace for hidden treasures!

In 2021 we started staging homes in the GTA, with our then-modest collection of inventory and enthusiasm for interior design.
Today we are a full-service staging team and interior curation experts, having staged hundreds of properties successfully.

BIO: After studying art direction in film school, I initially pursued a career in the film industry but soon realized that lifestyle wasn’t for me. I transitioned into animal care, thriving as a dog groomer for nearly a decade. Seeking a new direction, I became an assistant stager at Fliphaus, where I discovered my passion for organization and logistics. Now as Fliphaus’ logistics manager, I love bringing order and efficiency to every project. At home, I have a four-year-old golden retriever named Cedar, who is not only my baby but also the Fliphaus warehouse mascot.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of staging projects do you service?
Our team has the ability to execute on a wide variety of aesthetic styles, from studio condos to multi-million dollar luxury homes.
Does the property need to be vacant to be staged?
We understand that not all sellers are in a position to vacate the property completely while the home is on the market! We are able to service homes where the sellers live in it, however, to protect our inventory, we have staging agreements that require to be signed prior to any staging project.
Do you own or rent your staging inventory?
While 5% of our projects require specific items that we may need to rent from time to time, most of the furniture we use in our projects are owned ourselves.
How quickly can you turn a staging project around?
Depends on the season – during busy market seasons (Spring and Fall), we do require more notice (2 weeks is a safe bet). During slower periods, we can turn projects around in as little as a day or two.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes, delivery fees depend on the delivery zone of which the project is located. Our delivery fees are extremely reasonable. Inquire to find out more.
What is the initial rental period?
Initial rental period for a staging projects is 30 days from installation (not when the property hits the MLS). If you need to renew, you are able to do so in successive 30 day periods.
